Police Clearance Certificate

Applicants are required to do the following:

1. Download and fill in the Zimbabwe Republic Police Form 137
2. Make an appointment with the Embassy for fingerprints (Costs 15 KWD)
3. Proceed to make payment of USD 75,00 to Standard Chartered Bank(Highlands Branch), Account Number-8700216046400, Harare Zimbabwe. Swift Code SCBLZWHX
4. Forward completed form, proof of payment and copy of fingerprints by Courier to Commanding Officer, Criminal Investigation Department, ZRP, P.O. Box CY 683, Causeway, Zimbabwe.
